New Business Account Manager

Here's what you can expect from this role:

Your goal is to (pro)actively identify and follow up on new, promising leads. In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering information by asking the right questions;
  • Providing information about products, services, and procedures;
  • Administrative processing in our CRM system;
  • Scheduling appointments and visiting (potential) customers;
  • Ensure that your monthly KPIs are met.

Your knowledge and skills:

  • You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone;
  • You are a driving force and identifier of projects in the field of high-performance optical networks and security;
  • You are eager to learn, curious, ambitious, and get excited by challenging goals;
  • You have a flawless command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. German is a plus;
  • You have an interest in the IT industry.
